Do I need a separate lock on my garage door?
Most modern garage doors lock securely into place when they close, so it would be an added luxury of sorts to get an additional lock installed. If you are concerned about security, call our experts and they will check your door and make sure you and your property are as safe as can be.
Why does my garage door opens unevenly?
There could be a number of reasons for this malfunction. First, check the tracks. If there is no obstruction then you may very well need to replace or at least readjust your system's springs. My garage door goes straight back up after it closes. Why is that?
The most likely cause of this problem is that your safety sensors aren't properly aligned. That means they're probably falsely detecting an obstacle in the door's path and are forcing the system to reverse. Call our experts to have us carefully realign these sensors for you.
